Good GPS Map For OZ
Very easy to use in my Garmin, which I took all over Australia. Worked fine there.
But was almost as expensive as the GPS itself! But I needed it , and loved when it warned me of the "round-abouts" there in OZ. Use & Ease = Good. Cost = Bad.

finding our way around australia
This SD card just slipped smoothly into the Garmin car GPS and then it magically knew exactly where we were in Australia. It was fun to be able to change the voice to an Aussie accented girl and the units to kilometers. It is not quite as clever at finding the best way to places as it is in the USA and around Canberra, where I know my way, i ignore its recommmendations quite often but it always gets me where I need to go and in areas where I dont know my way is is wonderful.

Make sure you buy the actual maps not the map updates. if you buy the map updates you find you still need to buy the actual maps. on Amazon's website it is easy to accidentally buy the map updates for Australia which could lead to problems.

Essential tool if you are going to drive in Australia
I traveled for a month-- got this map product and took with my Nuvi 600. That was an excellent decision. Would have been hard to make all the trips involving rural and scenic routes between Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney.
